The International Day of Persons with Disabilities is celebrated on December 3. It was established in 1992, when the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution calling on all countries to mark the day with the aim of promoting and enabling people with disabilities to enjoy human rights equally and participate equally in society. It is estimated that PWDs make up about 10 percent of the world's population. On this occasion, the users of the Daily Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities Tivat, had a workshop with the message “We are not invisible.” They said that, although different, they are no less valuable. The Daily Center said that there will be such and similar actions in the coming period.
