Aurelien Samie from France, who works in catering in Porto Montenegro, as he said, wanted to bring something new, and that novelty is reflected in the dome. In that way, he points out, he brought the Christmas spirit to the nautical settlement, because the dome looks like a Christmas crystal ball in which there are numerous delicacies that also depict the spirit of the holiday.

“The main specialty is mulled wine, which is prepared with organic ingredients, mostly procured in Montenegro, ie local ingredients. However, the wine is made in the traditional French way, aromatized and is not often offered here, “said Aurelien, without revealing the secret of his grandmother's recipe.
Not wanting to give details, Aurelien said that the secret is in the good balance of ingredients, but that the main ingredient is actually the love that is invested in the preparation of that drink. It was prepared for the first time in Montenegro.
He has help in organizing the presentation, but the idea is his because he is a big fan of food and works in catering, so he decided to combine it in such a way that he will prepare some gourmet specialties from ingredients from Montenegro, but also with some products not available. here he already imports them from France.
He lives in Montenegro in Ivanovići, otherwise he worked in a small hotel in front of Sveti Stefan.
“I like Montenegro a lot, as well as life in it, so that's why I came up with the idea to bring something to Porto Montenegro. I feel at home here because Montenegro reminds me of the south of France, Corsica and in terms of culture, products and life in general,” said Aurelien Samie.
